No. Uber, Lyft, and most ride-sharing apps do not cross the US-Canada border. Buffalo Niagara Airport Shuttle is fully licensed for cross-border transportation.

We serve the greater Western New York area and Ontario, Canada — including Buffalo, Niagara Falls (both US and Canadian sides), Tonawanda, Lockport, and surrounding communities.

Is there a fee to make a reservation?

No — reservations are completely free to make. Payment is collected upon arrival or at the time of service.

Will the driver wait for me if my flight is delayed?

Yes. We monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly. You do not need to worry about your driver leaving if your flight is delayed.
